VIEW:
Transparent, colorless, presents a subtle density that is noticeable with the ripples that appears in the glass when it is moved. Bright and crystalline.

SMELL:
Intense herbal aroma. It is predominantly licorice, cassia and star anise. In the background appears rosemary and coriander providing citrus notes. Accompanying this blend are citrus notes of lemon and tangerine. Alcohol appears as a second term.

TASTE:
Initially a bit spicy, the allspice and star anise are noted, together with a soft sweetness contributed by the licorice. Light in the mouth, enveloping herbal sensation. A fine juniper presence adds a unique character.
