1 ½ Oz Valkyria GIN
½ Oz cinnamon syrup
1 Oz espresso coffee
2 lemon peels
2 orange peels
Dash chocolate sauce
Egg powder
STEPS:
1) Fill our glass with full ice and let it chill.
2) Add all ingredients except ice in the shaker. Shake for 2 minutes, check for foaming
3) Now add ice in the shaker and shake for 8 seconds until well chilled.
4) Drop the ice of your glass and gently serve
5) Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel Chocolate sauce: heat in a pot 100 ml of water and 150 gr sugar, stir well for a fe seconds while it heats up then add 50gr chocolate. Stir for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool then store in a closed pot in the refrigerator. Before using it, it is recommended to remove it from the refrigerator, leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes, since chocolate hardens when it gets cold.
