Rock Glass

1 dash bitter
2 or 3 bar spoons blond sugar
1 orange slice
1 ½ Oz Valkyria Gin

1) First you can smoke your rock glass with rosemary or with other botanic you like, for e.g. Cinnamon.
Put rosemary in a plate, with lighter or cigarette lighter burn the botanic, and immediately put over the rock glass for 1 minute, watch the smoke filling the glass.
2) Add one dash of bitter liqueur in your glass and turn it gently, so that the inner walls of the glass are covered with the liqueur.
3) Now put the blond sugar by spreading it around the glass, it will stick into it.
4) Then add the orange slice and lightly muddle it. ( orange slice is slightly crushed to release its juice)
5) Finally add ice and Valkyria Gin, then garnish with orange peel or maraschino cherry
