Highball glass

5 mandarin orange segments
½ Oz sour mix (lemon and sugar syrup)
1 ½ Oz Citric Valkyria (gin macerated with lemon and orange peels)
Top tonic water

1) Put the mandarin orange segments in the glass, add the sour mix and muddle it (you can try muddle only mandarin segments first then add the rest).
2) Add full ice.
3) Then fill it with Citric Valkyria.
4) Finish with tonic water and garnish with dehydrated orange slice and bud mint.

Citrus Macerated Gin: Put in a vessel 100 ml of Valkyria Gin, 1 lemon peel and 1 orange peel, leave it tightly closed for a day or up to 4 days at room temperature. Store In the refrigerator.
